Resource Edge is a private internal system operated by Silent Partner Holdings. It processes information required to monitor approved water-market outreach and maintain the associated internal CRM.
When an authorized operator connects Gmail, Resource Edge uses read-only access to inspect only email conversation identifiers already registered as Resource Edge outreach. It does not send, modify, delete, or broadly index email. Unrelated conversations are excluded from processing.
Relevant reply metadata and limited message excerpts may be stored in the private Resource Edge database for relationship history, review, and transaction diligence. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.
OAuth credentials are stored outside source control with restricted operating-system permissions. Access is limited to authorized Silent Partner Holdings operators. Authorization can be revoked through Google Account connections.
